Hello! I’m Beccy Salmon and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a degree in Sports Science from Loughborough. I’m based at our family farm in Derbyshire. On the farm I offer FarmEx small group fitness classes as well as personal training. In Darley Park in Derby I have been running Derby’s no.1 pushchair exercise classes - BuggyBabes - since 2009.

I started BuggyBabes to help Mums get fit through pushchair exercise classes in beautiful surroundings - and I’m delighted to have helped thousands of Mum do just that. The classes take place in Darley Park just out Derby city centre and are super social and full of laughter.
